• On November 4, 2009, Global Finance presented its World`s Best Internet Bank Awards, and Ibanka by SEB banka was named as the best private Internet bank in Latvia. The assessment criteria included functionality, security, design, range of products and bank strategy. The magazine has also acknowledged SEB banka's Ibanka as the best private internet bank in terms of information security in Central and Eastern Europe.
